Values & Approach
Everything I do is grounded in five core values, woven into the very design of the MAIA marque itself.

Compassion
Compassion is a core psychological skill that is essential for building skills to face times of struggle and challenges in relationships. Compassion as a skill helps towards achieving goals without sacrificing wellbeing.

Connection
I understand the importance of connection. My therapeutic experiences provide new insights, enabling and empowering the people I work with to reconnect to themselves, nature, their workplaces and wider communities.

Community
I am committed to growing the MAIA community through public events, online masterclasses, organisational training and the development of my private practice hub. I see my relationship with people as an ongoing and meaningful journey towards wellbeing.

Change
I understand the courage required to initiate change. My inclusive approach to psychology empowers and enables journeys of healing, growth and positive action. Looking past traditional symptom reduction, I am committed to challenging the status quo, redefining therapy and inspiring wider, systemic change.

Creativity
I believe psychology is the combination of art and science. I purposely weave creativity into the delivery of my science-based programs, ensuring my therapeutic experiences are engaging, memorable and effective.
MAIA is on a mission to create therapeutic experiences for people to meaningfully reconnect with themselves, their communities and workplaces.
Personal not clinical
No scripts, no cookie-cutter programs. Every experience is tailored to you, warm and human, yet rigorous and results-driven.
The art and science of growth
I blend the latest neuroscience and evidence-based psychology with creativity and lived experience.
Challenging the status quo
I see burnout as a systemic issue that requires collective cultural change.
